手打ちを解消する
今日はひたすらたくさん球を打つ練習をした。
舞は、手打ちを解消するためとにかく強く球を打つ練習をした。
聖奈は、サービスラインにおいたかごにボールをいれる練習。
今日は暖かくて気持ちよく練習ができた。
ふたりとも楽しかったらしい。
また、来週もやりたいといってくれた。
メディシンボールもでてきたことだし、体感でも手打ちが解消できる運動も取り入れよう。
